Standard instrument arrival procedures are changed due to maintenance of the OTT DVOR/DME. BETOS 1A/1B and NAPSA 4A/1B require BRNAV equipment. Holding procedures at NAPSA, BETOS, ROKIL, LANDU and OTT require BRNAV equipment with holding functionality. If unable to comply, advise ATC. Daily 0600-1300.
