Interpretation

Missed approach procedures for RWY 08R are changed due to maintenance of OTT DVOR/DME: climb straight ahead to 1.0 DME east of DMS or 1900, whichever is later, then turn right on track 210DEG climbing to 5000. Expect radar vectoring by ATC. In case of radio communication failure, proceed at 5000 to MAH DVOR/DME for the standard approach procedure RWY 08R. Missed approach procedures for RWY 26L are changed due to maintenance of OTT DVOR/DME: climb straight ahead to 1.0 DME west of DMS or 1900, whichever is later, then turn left on track 150DEG climbing to 5000. Expect radar vectoring by ATC. In case of radio communication failure, when reaching 5000 and passing 5.0 DME DMS proceed direct to MIQ NDB (426.0KHZ) for the standard approach procedure RWY 26R. Daily 0600-1300.
