Interpretation
The Instrument Approach Procedure for RNP Runway 04 has been amended. The new minima are as follows: LNAV/VNAV Decision Altitude (DA) for Category A is 397 feet with a visibility of 1500 meters, Category B is 407 feet with 1500 meters, Category C is 418 feet with 1600 meters, and Category D is 427 feet with 1600 meters. When the Approach Lighting System (ALS) is inoperative, the required visibility increases for Categories A and B to 1900 meters, and for Categories C and D to 2000 meters. The Minimum Descent Altitude (MDA) for LNAV is 520 feet for Categories A and B with a visibility of 1500 meters, and 520 feet for Categories C and D with a visibility of 2000 meters. The associated minima remark states that when ALS is inoperative, RVR is not applicable. The schedule for this NOTAM is Fridays and Saturdays from 2100 to 0400.
