Interpretation

Due to erection of a crane, the landing minima for VOR RWY 34 is increased. For categories AB, the minima is 720 feet/1500 meters with a change when ALS is inoperative to increase visibility to 2400 meters, RVR is not applicable. For categories CD, the minima is 720-1900 meters with changes when ALS is inoperative requiring visibility to 2400 meters.
