Interpretation

The erection of a crane has resulted in increased landing minima for RNP RWY 28R. The LNAV/VNAV minima for categories A, B, C, and D are increased to specified values. Additionally, when ALS is inoperative, visibility for categories A, BC, and D must be increased to specified values, rendering RVR not applicable.
