Interpretation

The VOR RWY 34 instrument approach procedure has been amended due to the erection of a crane, which increases landing minima. The new minima are CAT AB 720/1500M 518 (500-1500M) and CAT CD 720-1900M 518 (500-1900M). Additionally, when the ALS is inoperative, the visibility for CAT AB must be increased to 2400M, and RVR is not applicable; for CAT CD, visibility must also be increased to 2400M.
