LPV DA* minima are changed to read: CAT A 640/900M 293 (300-900M); CAT B 660/1000M 313 (300-1000M); CAT C 670/1100M 323 (400-1100M); CAT D 680/1100M 333 (400-1100M). ALS INOP remark is changed to read: when ALS is inoperative, increase CAT AB RVR/VIS to 1400M; CAT CD RVR/VIS to 1500M.
