Interpretation

The RNAV (GPS) Y approach for runway 27 at Kansas City International Airport has an LNAV minimum descent altitude of 1600 feet and a height above touchdown of 573 feet for all categories. Visibility requirements for categories C and D are 1.25 miles, and for circling, the minimum descent altitude is 1640 feet with a height above aerodrome of 613 feet. Circling visibility for category C is 1.75 miles. Due to inoperative ALS, the visibility for LNAV categories C and D is increased to 1.625 miles. Temporary construction equipment is present up to 1285 feet MSL, beginning 2505 feet northeast of runway 27.
