Interpretation

The ILS or LOC approach for runway 28R at Oakland International Airport has been amended. A decision altitude (DA) of 257 feet with a height above touchdown (HAT) of 250 feet is established for all categories. Note that an RVR of 1800 feet is authorized with the use of flight director (FD), autopilot (AP), or heads-up display (HUD) to the decision altitude. Temporary construction equipment is present up to 36 feet MSL, located 754 feet southeast of runway 28R. This NOTAM is effective from July 25, 2025, to September 30, 2025.
