The RNAV (GPS) approach for Runway 9C at Chicago O'Hare International Airport has a LNAV/VNAV Decision Altitude (DA) of 1040 feet and a Height Above Touchdown (HAT) of 367 feet for all categories. The visibility requirement is RVR 3500 for all categories. If the ALS is inoperative, the visibility requirement increases to RVR 5500 for all categories.
