Interpretation

The VOR approach procedure for runway 13 at Victoria Regional Airport has specific minimum descent altitudes (MDA) and visibility requirements. For Category D aircraft, the MDA is 660 feet with a height above touchdown (HAT) of 545 feet, and for Category E aircraft, the MDA is 760 feet with a HAT of 645 feet. Visibility requirements are 1 mile for Category D and 1 3/8 miles for Category E. If the ALS is inoperative, the visibility for Category C/D increases to 1 3/8 miles. This NOTAM does not specify an effective date.
