Interpretation
Standard instrument departures 'FISTO' 7A/7H and 'LACOU' 7A/7H are unusable in QFU14; departure clearances for flights with exit points to FISTO or LACOU must be requested on Blagnac Prevol frequency (datalink requests will be rejected). The departure clearance will include full multidirectional departure of the runway, turning direction and magnetic heading after turning, authorised altitude/flight level and squawk. Unless otherwise stated by ATC, turbofan and turboprop aeroplanes must plan a published multidirectional departure climbing on runway centreline to 4000 ft and must not turn before TW mag 080; piston aeroplanes and helicopters must plan a multidirectional departure climbing on runway centreline to 1000 ft. Turboprops requesting a turn at 1000 ft must request it explicitly on the frequency but may not always be granted. All departures must comply with obstacle, ATS and environmental slopes and advise ATC if not possible.
