Interpretation

Advanced ATC tower procedures are in effect. A-DPI and C-DPI messages are sent to NMOC for ATFM, and Actual Off-Block Times (AOBT) are used for all departing IFR flights. ADS-B data is required: aircraft with Mode S and ADS-B must select transponder Automatic and the assigned Mode A (or ON and the assigned Mode A if Automatic is unavailable) from pushback request until stopped on stand, then select STBY when fully parked. When capable, aircraft identification (flight call sign) must be entered via FMS or transponder at pushback request using ICAO format. To avoid SSR frequency interference, do not select TCAS before line-up clearance and deselect TCAS after vacating the runway.
