Interpretation

Noise abatement procedures require that, during the specified night hours (2200-0500 / 2100-0400), take-offs be performed from runway 30 and landings be performed on runway 12, except when pilots request otherwise for meteorological or safety reasons (see AIP AD 2 LIPE 1-27).
