Interpretation
Approach control service frequencies are assigned with a geographic split: 118.150 MHz is the primary frequency for the area west of the boundary described in Table 22.1 (and para ENR 2.1.2.7) and may be used at ATC discretion to the east of that line; 133.775 MHz is the primary frequency for the area east of the same boundary and may be used at ATC discretion to the west.
