Interpretation

Istanbul AD: Add the following to AIP LTFM AD 2.22 Flight Procedures under ‘The Mandatory Implementation of RNAV(GNSS) SIDs/STARS’: Aircraft not approved for P‑RNAV departures must file their flight plan with IST as the first element of the planned route, followed by a waypoint, airway, or navaid (e.g., IST DCT VICEN; IST A16; IST DCT YAA).
