Interpretation
Effective 02 Feb 2026 10:00 UTC, new omnidirectional departure procedures are established for NTAA RWY 04 and RWY 22. RWY 04: climb on runway axis magnetic 041; at 600 (595) ft turn left on the given magnetic track between MAG 295 and runway axis MAG 041, climbing toward the assigned flight level. A theoretical climb gradient of 5% is required up to 330 ft AMSL due to harbour crane obstacles up to 270 ft elevation located as close as 5200 m from THR 04 and 520 m right of runway axis, extending until 5700 m from THR 04 and 470 m right of runway axis. RWY 22: climb on runway axis magnetic 221; at 600 (595) ft turn right or left and follow the given magnetic track between MAG 202 and MAG 232, climbing toward the assigned flight level. Standard theoretical climb gradient of 3.3% applies. A French version exists as C0227/26.
