Interpretation

Runway half-turns are authorized with conditions: only aircraft up to 22 tons MTOW on the runway surface (including ATR 72); only Code A, B, and C aircraft in the east and west intermediate turn-around areas; all aircraft in the turn-around areas at the runway ends.
