Interpretation

Traffic disruptions are expected for flights departing from NTAA due to ATS capacity limitations. No restriction applies to essential flights for the protection of people and property (MEDEVAC and SAR), international flights and state flights. Start-up clearance for flights departing from NTAA may be delayed. VFR patterns training, acrobatic and IFR training flights are forbidden on May 30 and June 13 from 07:00 to 08:00 local time, on May 31 and June 4, 5, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23, 27, 28, 29 from 07:00 to 08:00 local time, and on June 1, 6, 20 after 15:30 local time.
