Interpretation
The instrument approach procedure for ILS or LOC RWY 31 has been changed. A mandatory crossing altitude of 14000 feet has been established at AGABB (IAF) GHI R-090/22 DME. The minimum altitude of 5000 feet between AGABB (IAF) and BSHAR has been deleted, and a new minimum altitude of 4000 feet has been added at NAHAR (IAF).
