Interpretation
All contracted commercial carriers must submit PPR information at least 7 days before their intended arrival date. Airfield construction starting on April 22 will limit the number of commercial carriers on the ground to one. Carriers should adhere to PPR arrival and departure times, as early or late arrivals may result in holding if the maximum on ground is reached.
