Interpretation
All contracted commercial carriers must submit PPR information at least 7 days before their intended arrival date. Due to airfield construction starting on April 22, there will be a maximum of one commercial carrier allowed on the ground at a time. Carriers must follow PPR arrival and departure times, as early or late arrivals may require holding if the maximum on ground is reached.
