Interpretation
The instrument approach procedure for VOR or TACAN RWY 31 has been changed, with mandatory crossing and holding altitudes set at 14000 feet. The minimum altitude between AGABB (IAF) GHI R-090/22 DME and BSHAR GHI R-090/15 DME has been deleted, and a new minimum altitude of 4000 feet at ATTAH (IAF) GHI R-125/15 DME has been added. The minima for circling and various categories have been revised accordingly.
