Interpretation

At the aerodrome, one or more obstruction lights are out of service on South Wind Cone, TWY 1 shelters, TWY 2 shelters, India Ramp stadium lights, Uniform Ramp stadium lights, South Ramp stadium lights, RWY 12 glideslope, RWY 12 localizer shack, and South Ramp fixed non-frangible obstacles located on spots 9, 11 and 13 do not have obstruction light.
