Interpretation

Kuwait AOC requires all missions to be flown exactly as filed per the flight plan and CAOC ATO. Aircrew must ensure callsign and departure/arrival locations are accurate on both the ATO and flight plan; noncompliance may result in denial of clearance to land or depart.
