Interpretation

Amendment to the ILS or LOC approach procedure for runway 30L due to construction. The straight-in minima have changed, with new minima for categories A to E ranging from 870 to 1600 meters visibility. If the ALS is inoperative, the visibility requirement increases to 1800 meters.
