Interpretation

Instrument approach procedure for RNAV (GPS) RWY 16L is changed. LNAV MDA is changed to CAT AB 620/1200M 491 (500-1200M) and CAT CDE 620-2100M 491 (500-2100M). When ALS is inoperative, CAT AB RVR/VIS increases to 1600M and CAT CDE visibility increases to 2300M. Circling CAT AB minima is changed to 620/1600M 488 (500-1600M).
