Interpretation

The instrument landing system (ILS) for runways 16L and 16R at Hamad Intl Airport will have increased IFR minima. Specifically, S-LOC 16R for category ABCD aircraft is increased to 490/1500M or 477 (500–1500M). Additionally, when Approach Lighting System (ALS) is inoperative, visibility must increase to 2200M, and RVR is not applicable.
