Interpretation

In the event of GNSS interference and if aircraft are unable to fly the RNP SID from OTHH, ATC may issue alternate departure instructions: runway 34L maintain runway track and climb to altitude 3000 ft, or runway 16R maintain runway track and climb to altitude 3000 ft. Pilots shall advise ATC when able to resume navigation using RNAV/RNP.
