Interpretation

AMS operations are suspended for 24 hours from 14 May 2000Z (15 May 0600L) to 15 May 1959Z (16 May 0559L). No aircraft maintenance for C-17/C-5 or aerial port services for passengers, cargo, and fleet will be available during this time. No passengers are authorized to, through, or from PGUA during this timeframe except emergent or priority operations pre-coordinated and approved by ATOC. Aircraft may transport cargo, self-block, and postpone cargo download or upload upon crew alert or showtime. Standby response teams will be available within 60 minutes for emergent or priority operations.
