Interpretation
PGUA does not have dry ice capability. Aircrew and airlift planners needing dry ice must coordinate with Island Equipment Company between 2200Z and 0700Z, Monday to Friday, with 72 hours advance notice for orders. Orders cannot be placed or picked up on weekends or holidays. The vendor requires name, payment method, and card expiration date. 734 AMS will deliver dry ice to the aircraft when notified properly. Receipts and confirmation must be sent to specified email addresses.
