Interpretation

The airfield will be closed to all air and ground operations starting from 2 May at 1800 local time (2 May at 0800 UTC). All activities must cease, and personnel must exit the airfield by the closure time. Normal operations will resume on 2 May at 2200 local time (2 May at 1200 UTC). Only Search and Rescue (SAR) and emergency aircraft may be exempt from this closure. The start time published in the NOTAM must be 30 minutes prior to the environmental control (ENCON) start.
