Interpretation

A crane-type obstacle exists above the conical surface in a bounded area near Fukuoka (coordinates listed in the NOTAM). Obstacle lighting and day marking have been installed on the crane and obstacle lighting has been installed on nearby buildings and scaffolding. Instrument approach and departure procedures are not affected and the NOTAM will be incorporated in the SUP.
