Interpretation
Due to ATS disruption in Guadeloupe Pointe-à-Pitre, Pointe-à-Pitre TMA 1–4 are deactivated and downgraded to Class G; from the surface/1000 ft or 2500 ft AMSL up to FL115 flight information and alerting services are not provided with air-to-air information in English only on 121.300 MHz, and at/above FL120 pilots must contact PIARCO on 123.700 MHz; pilots unable to comply must avoid the TMA. Effective daily 0300–1100, with possible postponement; closure announcements will be made on TFFR ATIS 127.600 MHz and via PIARCO ACC 123.700 MHz.
