Interpretation

All private aircraft, non-scheduled and charter operations require landing authorization at least 48 hours prior to flight. Requests must be submitted to specified email addresses. Flights between Venezuela and Curacao must also receive authorization from the Venezuelan CAA. Passengers, except residents and active flight crew, must complete an immigration ED card online within 7 days before departure and present a copy upon arrival.
