Interpretation

ATC service at the aerodrome control tower is restricted to only SAR, MEDEVAC, and emergency aircraft operations during TNCC closure hours, with the restriction applying daily from 0300 to 1000 UTC. For SAR and MEDEVAC flights, ATC services must be requested via CAP OPS at least 45 minutes in advance, and an ATCO will be remotely on call to man the tower upon request.
