Interpretation

Due to extensive construction works in the tower cap, ATC service is restricted to only SAR, MEDEVAC and emergency aircraft operations during TNCC closure hours. For SAR and MEDEVAC flights, ATC services should be requested via CAP OPS at least 45 minutes in advance. An ATCO will be remotely on call to man the tower on request. Schedule: 0300-1000 UTC.
