Interpretation

At UNKL, the published AIP text for taxi restrictions (AD 2.1 Item 5, subitem 2) is replaced as follows: Taxiing of AN-124 aircraft via the apron from stand 23 to stand 1 and via TWY D is prohibited. Aircraft taxiing is permitted only via TWY A, TWY B, and TWY C.
