AST VOR/DME (116.1 MHz) DME is unserviceable; therefore multiple published instrument procedures and charts must not be used, specifically: SID RWY 09 (AIP AD 2.1 URWA-69), SID RWY 27 (AIP AD 2.1 URWA-70), STAR RWY 09 (AIP AD 2.1 URWA-87), STAR RWY 27 (AIP AD 2.1 URWA-88), ILS Y CAT I LOC Y RWY 09 (AIP AD 2.1 URWA-99), ILS Y CAT I LOC Y RWY 27 (AIP AD 2.1 URWA-100), VOR RWY 09 (AIP AD 2.1 URWA-103) and VOR RWY 27 (AIP AD 2.1 URWA-104).
