Interpretation

The Nizhny Novgorod/Strigino DVOR/DME (STR 112.9 MHz) has reduced coverage: DVOR limited to 100 km and DME limited to 86 km. As a result several departure and arrival procedures referencing this facility must not be used: SIDs OKSUD 2K, OKSUD 2C, OKSUD 2D and STARs OKSUD 2Y, OKSUD 2G, OKSUD 2V. Two instrument approach charts based on the DVOR (IAC DVOR RWY 18L and IAC DVOR RWY 36R) are also not to be used.
