Interpretation

Work in progress for the installation of an arrester barrier on runway 31, with caution advised for both runway shoulders that are dug up between distance to go markers 2 and 1. The dug-up area measures 140 meters by 12 meters and is 0.45 meters from the runway edge, 2 meters away. All aircraft should exercise caution due to men and materials in the area, which is marked and lighted.
