Interpretation

Due to the displaced threshold, only a mobile airfield lighting system consisting of runway threshold, runway edge and runway end lights is installed. The mobile airfield lighting system (MAFLS) does not meet the specifications of Table 8.1 of Chapter 8 of DGCA CAR on aerodrome standards.
