1. A-SMGCS (Advanced Surface Movement Guidance and Control System) is unserviceable. Aircraft must taxi following ATC instructions. 2. Stop bar lights, including those at taxiways and runway holding positions, are unserviceable at the following positions: J9, J10, J11, J12, J13, J14, U8, U9, C1, C2 (West), C2 (East), C3 (West), C3 (East), C4 (West). This is effective daily from 1700 to 2200.
