Interpretation

Due to obstacles, approach landing minima are changed for IAC RNAV ILS/DME Z RWY02 (ZUTF-5L-6), IAC ILS/DME Y RWY02 (ZUTF-5L-8), and IAC RNAV ILS/DME X RWY02 (ZUTF-5L-10). Glidepath is inoperative. New minima: MDA(MDH) 585 m (144 m) and RVR/VIS 1,900 m.
