Interpretation

New low visibility take-off minima are established for runways 01, 19, 02, 20, and 11: three RVR values must be available and ATC must report each RVR; for aircraft types A/B/C each RVR must be at least 150 m, and for aircraft type D each RVR must be at least 200 m.
