Aircraft, vehicles, and crew shall only cross red stop bar lights when all specified conditions are met, including that the red stop bar lights are off and the enter runway taxiway clearance light is on.

1. ACFT,VEHICLE AND CREW SHALL CROSS RED STOP BAR LIGHTS WHEN ALL 
CONDITIONS ARE MET:
1.1 RED STOP BAR LIGHTS IS OFF.
1.2 ENTER RWY TWY CL LIGHT IS ON.
1.3 RECEIVE THE INSTRUCTION BY ATC TO ENTER OR CROSS RWY.
2. IF ANY CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, ACFT CREW SHALL CONTACT ATC TO 
RE-CHECK AND FOLLOW THE ATC INSTRUCTION.
