Schedule Flight Briefings: Pre-Flight NOTAMs Delivered to Your Inbox

Notamify Pro users can now schedule flight plan briefings for email delivery. Get your tailored NOTAM briefing in your inbox before departure — with the latest information at the time you need it.

Two Ways to Schedule

Upload Flight Plan: Drop your OFP or ATC flight plan PDF. Notamify fills in route, times, alternates, and aircraft details for review. Adjust if needed, then schedule.

Manual Entry: Enter origin, destination, alternates, flight date, and times directly. Set NOTAM applicability windows for each airport. Full control over every parameter.

Both methods lead to the same result: a flight-specific briefing delivered to your inbox at the scheduled time.

Scheduling Steps

1. Open the Email Scheduler and select Flight Plan Briefing
2. Upload your flight plan PDF or switch to Manual Entry
3. Review the uploaded or entered flight details
4. Set delivery time (defaults to 3 hours before departure)
5. Enter recipient email and schedule

At the scheduled time, Notamify generates a fresh briefing with current NOTAMs and sends it. The briefing includes:

• NOTAMs for origin, destination, and alternates
• Time-filtered to your actual flight window
• Prioritized by operational relevance when available
• Atomic Elements highlighting affected runway, approach, and equipment

Schedule From Anywhere

From the Email Scheduler: Create new scheduled briefings for upcoming flights.

From an existing briefing: Already generated a flight briefing? Click "Schedule Email" to schedule a refresh delivery before your flight.

From the form: While entering flight details, click "Schedule for Later" instead of generating immediately.

Legacy Airport Briefings

The classic airport briefing scheduler remains fully available. Select Airport Briefing (legacy) to schedule NOTAM emails for specific ICAO codes without flight plan context — useful for station monitoring or general awareness.

Both briefing types appear in the same scheduled emails list, clearly labeled by type.
