Alerts Overview
What Notamify Alerts do, how email delivery works, and when to use alerts.
Notamify Alerts send email when new NOTAM activity matches conditions you define.
When to use alerts
Alerts are for conditions that should reach the inbox without waiting for manual review:
- Runway closures or major restrictions
- Fuel service outages
- Restricted aerodrome status
- Critical navigation outages
If an event does not justify an email, keep it in the dashboard.
How alerts work
Each alert watches a set of locations (by ICAO code or airport type) and applies filter logic (by category or affected element). When a new NOTAM matches, Notamify sends an email to the configured address.
Alerts can also send lifecycle notifications, which are follow-up emails when a previously matched NOTAM is cancelled or replaced.
Limits
The product supports up to 50 alerts per account.
