Troubleshooting
Resolve common dashboard and alert issues without having to rediscover the product model from scratch.
Use this page when the product is working but the results do not match expectations.
Dashboard is too noisy
- Is the time mode too broad? Try narrowing to a relative or daily window.
- Are global filters missing? Add category or affected element filters.
- Should this be multiple dashboards? Unrelated locations create noise.
- Are old airport overrides still active? Reset them to the global baseline.
Alert is too noisy
- Is the ICAO scope too broad?
- Would affected element filters be more precise than category filters?
- Does the alert need time windows to limit when it fires?
- Is lifecycle enabled when only new activity matters?
Alert is too quiet
- Is the alert paused?
- Are the time windows too narrow?
- Are the filters too strict?
- Would a different filter type (category vs affected element) match better?
Team member cannot see a dashboard
Check whether the dashboard is set to Private instead of Team.

If the issue persists after checking the items above, collect:
- The dashboard or alert name
- The intended behavior
- The current behavior
- The URL you are using
Then contact support from the dashboard sidebar or the contact page.
