Dashboards

Dashboards are the main saved workspaces in the Operating System.

Creating a dashboard

From All dashboards:

1. Create a new dashboard.
2. Name it after its operational purpose (e.g. Northern alternates, Night shift fuel watch).
3. Add the relevant airports or FIRs.
4. Set the global time mode and filters.

Naming

Dashboard names should tell the next operator why the board exists. Use names that reflect the monitoring job, not generic labels.

Private vs team dashboards

• Private: visible only to the owner. Use while drafting or testing a workflow.
• Team: visible to team members. Use when the board is ready for shared operational use.

When to split a dashboard

Split when:

• Different locations need different time modes or filters.
• The monitored conditions are unrelated to each other.
• The board is too noisy for one group and too quiet for another.
• Operators ignore half the content.
